Racqt 1.4.0 is our biggest update yet — and it’s live for everyone now: on the web, on iPhone and on Android. At its heart is a simple idea: if you’re a member of a club, Racqt should feel like your club app. Here’s what to expect.
The new My Club mode
With one tap you focus the app entirely on your club. In My Club mode (“Mein-Verein-Modus”) everything revolves around your club life: court booking, calendar, clubhouse, chats and events sit right in the navigation — and the app appears in your club’s colours, with logo and name always in view.
The clubhouse is your new home: at the very top, the “Heute” (Today) card tells you what’s coming up for you — today’s court booking, the next event and whether a payment is still open. Below you’ll find shortcuts to club, members and courts, plus your club’s news with a large lead story.
In several clubs? No problem — the redesigned club switcher changes club with one tap, and the app adapts colours and content immediately.
A calendar that explains your club life
The club calendar has been completely rethought. It now has three views — month, week and list — and below the month grid you always see the daily schedule for the selected day. The new colour legend shows at a glance what’s happening where: team matches blue, court bookings green, events orange, work sessions violet. Tapping hides a category — the legend is your filter at the same time.
And best of all: with the new calendar subscription you bring all club dates straight into your iPhone or Google calendar. Set it up once and you’re done — new dates appear automatically.
Online membership sign-up for clubs
Winning new members has never been easier: interested people sign up directly on your club page, download important documents such as the statutes and confirm them with one click. The committee opens and closes sign-up at any time with a switch.
Volunteer hours, completely new
Your volunteer hours at a glance: a progress ring with target and actual, open hours and your club’s deadline — in the portal and in both apps. The committee credits hours directly on the session, and the new annual settlement handles compensation payments almost by itself: claims are created automatically, and ready-made SEPA bank files are ready to download. If you’ve done more than needed, you decide: have it paid out, donate it to the club — or simply be proud.
Find members, show your skills
The member list gets structure: committee & team first, then grouped alphabetically, with coloured initials, team and rating at a glance — searchable by name, team or playing strength, with filters for roles. And you can start a chat straight from the list.
Also new is the skills view: what you’d like to offer your club — from court duty to tournament organisation — you choose neatly by category. Is something missing? Suggest it directly.
Light, dark or like your system
In the settings you now choose your appearance: system, light or dark. The app switches immediately and remembers your choice — in My Club mode with your club’s colours too, of course.
Plenty for tennis schools as well
Tennis schools now present their courses and training offers on their own public pages — neatly grouped by category, with images and freely designed introductions. On top of that: their own footer, a suitable default menu and much easier editing of groups, courses and plans.
When does it start?
Racqt 1.4.0 is live — automatically for everyone, without you having to do anything. The iPhone and Android apps will receive the update over the next few days via the App Store and Google Play. As always, you’ll find every detail of each new feature in the changelog and step-by-step guides in the help centre.
We’re really looking forward to your feedback — here’s to a great rest of the season! 🎾
