The preview reports unknown categories as errors. So create them first under Members › Categories. If the “kategorie” column contains a name that doesn’t exist in the club yet, the preview reports it as an error. So create adults, juniors, non-playing members and so on beforehand under Mitglieder › Kategorien (Members › Categories).

Racqt reads the file and shows every row with name, email and status. Rows with errors are named individually — missing name, unknown category or “already a member”.
Only valid rows are imported. Correct, upload again — existing members are skipped.Only the valid rows are imported. You can correct the faulty ones at your leisure and upload the file again — members who already exist are skipped, not created twice.

Write to usThe email column can stay empty — children and non-playing members are perfectly normal members, they just don’t use the app. You only need an address when you want to invite someone; you can do that at any time later via “Konto einladen” (Invite account).
Start with the member list; everything else depends on it. Afterwards, you create teams in the dashboard and add members to them; fee groups likewise.
Racqt checks the email address. Anyone who is already a member with that address is marked “already a member” in the preview and skipped during the import. For rows without an email, the preview warns you if the name and birthday already exist — check those rows before you confirm.
Yes. The member list can be exported as CSV at any time (opens directly in Excel) — with the same fields you put in. There is no minimum term.
Up to 5 MB — enough for several thousand members. Simply split larger lists.
